Overview: Fundbox, Inc. is looking for a talented Head of Compliance to join our exceptional team, help us continue our rapid growth, and create a better way forward for our customers. In this position, you will have an opportunity to lead a diverse team of compliance professionals across all Fundbox offices, helping unify the team’s support of an enterprise-wide culture of compliance, as well as continue to develop, implement and manage the overall compliance management system.
Company: Fundbox is a fintech company based in San Francisco. Founded in 2013, the service uses big data analytics, engineering, and predictive modeling to help optimize cash flow for small businesses and freelancers.
Experience: 12+ years of experience in financial services and commercial banking. Regulatory experience in the government, and/or a law firm, and/or financial institution plus some experience in a small, private start-up environment, is preferred. Extensive experience with the regulatory space of lending, licensing, payments, including familiarity with UDA(A)P, TCPA, and FDCPA.
Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience
Location: San Francisco, Dallas, or Tel Aviv.
