Overview: This is an outstanding opportunity to join a fast-paced, dynamic, entrepreneurial, and team-focused global biotechnology company focused on using disruptive technology to create a new horizon in agriculture. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, the Counsel will partner with R&D, Commercial, and functional internal clients in the drafting, reviewing, and negotiating of agreements, including complex collaboration, technology, and licensing agreements, as well as provide legal counsel on risk management and corporate legal matters.

Compensation: Competitive compensation including base, bonus, and equity.

Experience: The successful candidate will have 10+ years of relevant corporate and transactional legal experience supporting an agribusiness, biotechnology, and/or ag-biotechnology business, including experience handling complex licensing, collaboration, and M&A transactions. In-house (and some law firm) experience preferred. Law firm candidates will be considered.
