Currently, we're hiring Labour & Employment Lawyers to join us with:
5+ years of experience practicing labour and employment law. Prior in-house counsel experience considered an asset.
Strong knowledge of applicable provincial and federal laws including but not limited to the Ontario Labour Relations Act, Employment Standards Act, Canada Labour Code, Pay Equity Act, and Occupational Health and Safety Act.
Experience drafting and reviewing a wide range of agreements including employment agreements and severance agreements.
Experience drafting and implementing various workplace policies and procedures on topics including performance management, progressive discipline, harassment and change management.
Litigation and dispute resolution experience considered an asset
Membership and good standing with the Law Society of Ontario and able to work onsite in the GTA.

Working side-by-side with the legal and business teams of our clients to help internal stakeholders meet company goals
Gaining exposure to and advise on highly sophisticated legal and business matters
Experiencing the empowerment of having more control over your practice, with the option to work full-time or part-time and to preview opportunities prior to submission
