Overview: frontdoor seeks a talented, energetic, entrepreneurial and self-motivated attorney with up to ~15 years of relevant legal experience to serve as Senior Counsel - On-Demand. This position will report directly to the Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary of frontdoor and will be the lead legal team member responsible for identifying, analyzing, and proposing solutions with respect to the development, launch and deployment of the Company’s new on-demand business and related offerings. This role requires a person to possess a strong "general counsel" analytical mindset, an interest (and ideally experience) in working within a dynamic, challenging and fast-paced product development environment common to start-ups, and the ability to work hand-in-hand within a cross-functional team on a daily basis as frontdoor develops and evolves this exciting new business opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a practical, business-oriented approach to problem-solving, tempered by an appreciation of legal complexity and risk.
