Are you ready to support a dynamic legal team with their eBilling functionality? A top-tier life sciences company located near Whippany, NJ seeks a Legal Coordinator to provide legal project management support on the implementation of their eBilling system. The location is conveniently commutable by NYC and NJ public transportation. This is a long-term, temporary position expected to last until the end of the year. The hourly rate is up to $45, depending upon experience.
Conduct testing of new legal eBilling system (Passport) in designated environment (Proton)
Report test findings and update findings list in real time
Draft documentation in OneNote based on system functional and design specifications and vendor documentation.
Prepare training documentation specific to audience
Organize meetings, trainings and provide other administrative support to project lead/manager as needed
3+ years’ legal experience with medium to large law firm or in-house
Previous legal eBilling experience required
Familiarity with legal technology highly preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (OneNote, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
Ability to handle complex analyses
Ability to collaborate effectively across a global, matrix team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding flexibility, adaptability and sense of accountability
