Axiom is partnering with a F100 global tech client to hire a commercial attorney interested in becoming technology product counsel by participating in a year-long training program.

The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years of experience at a top tier law firm and/or in-house experience and strong academic credentials
An interest in pivoting into a product counsel role and a passion for the technology industry
Experience in commercial litigation, regulatory and compliance, intellectual property, and/or commercial counsel work
A strategic mindset and strong client service orientation; proven track-record advising business clients directly, as well as providing guidance and practical solutions to client teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high level of professionalism and outstanding business judgment
Active membership and good standing in the state bar of CA or NY
Responsibilities for this role will include:
Cross-training for tech-focused product counsel role at the client organization
Taking on fast, ramp-up learning and development opportunities
Growing your exposure to highly sophisticated legal and business matters within the technology industry
Advising the corporate client directly, as well as working within the extended client business team
