- Background in both the U.S. financial & technology industries is a strong plus
- Licensed to practice law in the U.S. and in good standing
The responsibilities for this role will include: - Advising business partners (engineers, product development, etc.), with fintech or mobile payments products
- Guide team members through the launch of updates and advising on the regulatory intricacies of this space.
- Autonomously navigate the regulatory complexities of fintech/virtual payment products
