Currently, we're hiring a Capital Markets Lawyer to join us with: - At least 3 years of relevant in-house, law firm, or global investment bank
- Experience representing broker-dealers on capital markets transactions, including registered and exempt offerings of debt, equity and equity-linked securities
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing
The responsibilities for this role will include: - Advising business units regarding capital markets transactions for a wide range of domestic and international issuer types and debt and equity products
- Amending and/or reviewing and advising on pre-transaction and transaction documents from initial pitch phase through closing
- Working collaboratively with associates and partners to manage closings; performing due diligence reviews
