Currently, we're hiring Commercial Lawyers to join us with: - At least 3 years of significant transactional experience, either from an in-house environment or from a firm.
- Able to review, negotiating and draft a wide variety of commercial contracts, including but not limited to, contracts for procurement, finance, technology, and marketing. Experience managing employment, litigation and/or privacy matters will be considered an asset
- Ability to provide guidance and support on corporate policy and governance matters
- Ability to work on site when possible.
- Active membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
The responsibilities for this role will include: - Working with and advising corporate clients directly, as well as the ability to provide entrepreneurial, pragmatic, business-oriented advice.
