Currently, we're hiring Legal Consultant with Life Sciences experience to join us with:
- 3+ years’ experience in the Life Sciences area
- Experience either within a leading law firm and / or in house (pharmaceutical company or clinical research organization preferred).
The responsibilities for this role will include:
- Drafting and reviewing clinical trial agreements, master clinical trial agreements and informed consent agreements
- Negotiating with sophisticated counter-parties, such as hospitals, teaching institutions and universities
- Negotiating with international sites as required
- Working closely with and advising business clients directly, as well as providing guidance and practical solutions
