- Private practice or in house experience
The responsibilities for this role will include: - Working with and advising business clients directly, while providing guidance and practical solutions in relation to the ever-changing financial regulatory environment
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of standard and complex derivatives documentation for both sell-side and buy-side clients
- Assisting with essential projects in response to current regulatory and political changes
- Advising on risk mitigation strategies and maintaining up to date regulatory standards
- Assisting with the development of new products and markets where applicable
