Currently, we're hiring Commercial Litigation Lawyers to join us with: - At least 5+ years of experience, both at a top law firm and in house.
- Experience brief writing and motion practice, taking and defending depositions, drafting subpoena responses and settlement negotiations.
- Experience handling all aspects of commercial litigation, including M&A disputes, and exposure to transactional documents.
- Active membership and good standing in the state bar of which you currently reside.
The responsibilities for this role will include: - Providing practical legal advice and support on international business matters in a fast-paced environment.
- Working with and advising business clients directly, as well as providing guidance and practical solutions for various corporate policies.
