Currently, we're hiring Insurance Legal Consultants to join us with: - Ideally, 2 – 10 PQE of Insurance experience (general and / or specialized) gained either in a law firm or in-house role
- An understanding of relevant regulations governing the Insurance industry, including the Insurance Ordinance and Securities and Futures Ordinance.
- Exposure to the Hong Kong regulatory framework in respect of financial institutions would be a benefit though not essential.
The responsibilities for this role will include: - Drafting and reviewing insurance policies, endorsements and product marketing documentation on all day to day matters across all insurance product lines
- Providing legal advice to various internal stakeholders and departments on projects, new initiatives and developments
- Providing guidance and support on various regulations, corporate policies and other related matters
- Liaising and working closely with relevant regulatory bodies in Hong Kong
