Our client, a dynamic global mid-market investment bank with offices across Europe, Asia and the Americas, is actively seeking a lawyer with 8+ years of top-tier law firm corporate transactions experience, including with M&A deals and/or debt finance, to join its sophisticated Chicago based legal team as Associate General Counsel. Prior in-house experience is preferred (in addition to law firm training) but not required. The ideal candidate for this exciting role will be entrepreneurial and confident, with the desire to join a fast-paced and team-oriented in-house environment.
