We are hiring an Intellectual Property Licensing lawyer with:
15+ years of IP licensing/agreement experience, including drafting and negotiating patent and copyright licenses, R&D agreements, and technology assistance agreements
Extensive experience drafting policies and IP management plans
A chemistry, chemical engineering or physics degree
