We are working with a very interesting technology company which is currently seeking a Deputy General Counsel for its legal team in New York. Ideally, this person will have at least 10+ years of legal experience, both at a large law firm as well as previous in-house experience (a plus but not required).
The right candidate will have a broad based commercial contracts background with significant experience and a background in corporate, real estate and/or technology.
This is a hyper-growth start-up Company
License to practice in good standing in New York.
10+ years of legal experience, both within a top law firm and in-house environment (not required).
Experience in a technology and/or start-up culture is a plus.
Experience managing and overseeing other attorneys preferred.
Significant experience in corporate and commercial transactions.
Proven leader and mentor to more junior attorneys.
Total Compensation is competitive and includes base, bonus, and equity.
