Currently, we're hiring EPC Lawyers to join us with: - 5+ years of experience at a law firm and/or in-house and strong academic credentials, with exposure to oil and gas and energy industries
- Experience advising, drafting, and negotiating a variety of agreements including but not limited to: EPC, EPCm, and construction services
- Experience supporting clients on major projects through contract negotiation, subcontracting and purchasing, project execution, and warranty
- Proven track-record advising business clients directly, as well as providing guidance and practical solutions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high level of professionalism and outstanding business judgment
- Active membership and good standing in the state bar of TX
