Currently, we're hiring Medical Device Lawyers to join us with: - 5+ years of practicing within a medical device corporation or servicing medical device clients within a law firm.
- Ability to draft and negotiate medical device related commercial contracts including supply, manufacturing and distribution agreements.
- Knowledge of patent applications or conducting intellectual property due diligence for medical device technologies
- Familiarity with a wide range of regulatory matters including but not limited to FDA marketing, HIPPA Fraud and Abuse and Stark/Anti-Kickback issues
- Ability to work remotely
- Active membership in the state bar which you reside.
The responsibilities for this role will include: - Providing practical legal advice and support on business matters in a fast-paced environment.
- Working with and advising business clients directly, as well as providing guidance and practical solutions
