Currently, we're hiring Promotional Review/Brand Support Lawyers to join us with: - 5+ years of practicing at a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, CRO or top law firm
- Experience providing legal advice for a wide range of regulatory matters, including product promotional activities and product pricing, fraud and abuse, stark/anti-kickback issues
- Counseling on advertising and promotion materials, labeling and other brand related activities
- Ability to work remotely
- Active membership in the state bar which you reside.
The responsibilities for this role will include: - Legal review on a portfolio of branded and non-branded products
- Participation in program review committees
- Working with and advising business clients directly, as well as providing guidance and practical solutions
