Overview: This position reports directly to the General Counsel. This role calls for a creative and intellectually curious attorney, who is comfortable working alongside senior legal and business leaders to formulate solutions to evolving challenges. To execute on these solutions, this individual must also possess strong analytical, communication and negotiating skills, and an understanding of the Information Services market. For the right individual, this position provides a unique opportunity to be exposed to all corporate legal matters, interface directly with company leadership, and make an impactful contribution.

Experience: 4+ years of applicable law practice experience.

Compensation: Competitive base and bonus.
