We are working with a large Company that has a need for a general corporate attorney, preferably with significant deal experience.  The attorney will handle M & A, general corporate, joint venture, commercial contracts and international transactions.  The individual will be responsible for drafting and negotiating important documents and providing advice and counsel to other team members to make sure a transaction is successful. 

Compensation will be competitive and includes base, bonus and equity 

  • Draft & negotiate legal agreements, including investment agreements, development agreements, and other relevant documents.
  • Perform other general legal and/or business duties and functions as may be assigned or required by business needs
  • Top-tier credentials and big law experience preferred but not required
  • 3-7 years of legal experience - preferably corporate or M & A experience
  • Transnational experience with strong drafting and negotiating skills
