Position Description: Reporting to the Senior Associate General Counsel, America’s Commercial Licensing, the Senior Contracts Negotiator will support the Enterprise Sales Group for North America. S/he will be responsible for drafting and directly negotiating complex enterprise product and professional services agreements with Citrix’s largest customers. The ideal candidate would also be able to advise on the best practices for creating a contracts department within Citrix, should Citrix expand its in-house contracts group.

Experience: At least six years of experience focused on negotiating/drafting commercial contracts/licenses for a software company, preferably for a Cloud based SaaS provider. Experience working at a company with a top-notch contracts department with the ability to advise on best practices.A J.D. is not required but is preferred.
Compensation: Highly competitive and commensurate with experience.
Location: The position will be located in Burlington, MA, Fort Lauderdale, FL, Santa Clara, CA or Raleigh, NC. Working remotely without relocation is also acceptable.
