Currently, we're hiring a Real Estate Development Lawyer to join us with: - 5+ years of experience at a top law firm and/or in house environment focusing on construction and development, real estate, energy and environmental issues
- Experience drafting and negotiating a wide variety of project development agreements including but not limited to, letters of intent, EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) agreements, real estate documents, power purchase agreements, equipment procurement agreements, operations and maintenance agreements and service agreements
- Exposure to environmental compliance and regulatory proceedings, permitting applications and other permitting matters, and advising commercial teams on matters related to EPC
- Active membership and good standing in the CA bar
The responsibilities for this role will include: - Working with and advising corporate clients directly, as well as the ability to provide entrepreneurial, pragmatic, business-oriented advice.
