Currently, we're hiring Commercial Contracts Lawyers to join us with:
- At least 3 years of significant transactional experience, preferably in an in-house environment, negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts, including but not limited to procurement, customer/sales agreements, NDAs, and MSAs.
- Experience creating contract templates and/or experience managing contract databases is a plus.
- Must be actively barred in the state in which you live.
The responsibilities for this role will include:
- Working with and advising corporate clients directly, as well as the ability to provide entrepreneurial, pragmatic, business-oriented advice.
- The ability to thrive in a large, fast-paced environment with a high level of professionalism and outstanding business judgment.
