Currently, we're hiring a Real Estate Lawyer to join us with: - 5+ years of experience at a top law firm and/or in a fast-paced in-house environment focusing on real estate, construction and development, facilities management, and/or real estate outsourcing.
- Experience drafting and negotiating a variety of real estate contracts including but not limited to renovation and construction agreements, commercial leases, and property acquisition and disposition agreements.
- Exposure to real estate outsourcing, real estate portfolio strategy, integrated facilities management, and permits involving multiple municipalities.
- Experience working with and advising business clients directly, as well as providing guidance and practical solutions.
- Active membership and good standing in the state bar of which you currently reside.
