In addition, this role oversees the organization’s corporate compliance initiatives and related policies. Experience: At least ten years of progressively responsible experience in a corporation, law firm, non-profit, or government organization. A broad based, generalist background and experience in a number of the following areas: contracts, transactions and financings, leases/real estate, intellectual property, trademark law, tax, internal investigations, ethics, non-profit governance, compliance, pre-litigation and litigation counseling and management, HR, employment law, insurance matters, and non-profit law.
