Currently, we're hiring a Technology Transactions and Privacy Lawyer to join us with: - 3+ years of experience drafting and negotiating technology related contracts and agreements including SaaS, software licensing and confidentiality
- A solid understanding of general product, business development and policy related to online consumer facing platforms
- Substantive data protection and data privacy experience and an in-depth knowledge of U.S. and EU privacy statutes – including GDPR, CCPA
- Experience providing legal advice regarding privacy, privacy impact assessments, data-sharing, and related issues
- Excellent academic and law firm credentials, with experience in a dynamic in-house environment preferred
The responsibilities for this role will include: - Working with and advising corporate clients directly, as well as the ability to provide entrepreneurial, pragmatic, business-oriented advice.
