The responsibilities for this role will include: - At least 5-7 years of experience drafting and reviewing SEC filings, including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, Proxy Statements, and Section 16 filings
- In depth knowledge of federal and state securities laws including ’34 Act and ’33 Act reporting
- Familiarity with corporate governance requirements (including charters and regulatory requirements)
