Reporting to the Vice President of Legal Affairs, the Senior Corporate Counsel will work closely with the Human Resources team, providing counsel to the Company on all matters related to labor and employment law. This role may also assist the Chief Legal Officer and Vice President of Legal Affairs with other commercial contracts and risk management initiatives as assigned from time to time. Prior in-house experience is strongly preferred.
The successful candidate will have at least At least 8 (eight) years of legal experience as a practicing attorney with a focus on FMLA, ADA, ERISA, and other employment and labor matters and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
