The Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) is the world's largest organization serving the professional and business interests of attorneys who practice in the legal departments of corporations, associations, nonprofits and other private-sector organizations around the globe.
Assist Executive VP & General Counsel and VP & Associate General Counsel of rapidly growing nationwide gaming and entertainment company to provide a wide variety of legal support services for our corporate headquarters and wholly owned properties. Includes contract review, general legal and corporate matters, regulatory matters, employment matters, and corporate governance. Identify and analyze legal and business issues, articulate risks and benefits, and present clear recommendations to help guide key stakeholders to the best decisions for the company.
Juris Doctorate degree (required).
Admission to practice law and membership in good standing of at least one state bar (required). Admission in CO, DE, LA, MS, MO, NJ, NV or RI a plus but not required.
At least 3 to 7 years of experience as an attorney either with a law firm or in-house with a public or private organization
Excellent communication, writing and organizational skills, detail oriented
Hospitality/gaming experience a plus but not required
