Summary The Principal, Assistant General Counsel will prepare internal clients for regulatory examinations and investigations, provide legal advice on both routine and complex matters to internal clients regarding regulatory examinations and investigations and other litigation in order to manage legal risks faced by the Corporation. Advise internal clients on specific regulations applicable to OCC, primarily in the context of a regulatory examination or investigation.
