Experience: At least 5-10 years of litigation, labor & employment (“LL&E”) practice (with a minimum of 2-3 years in-house preferred) with substantial responsibility for leading a variety of LL&E issues to conclusion including employee disputes, dispute resolution (litigation, ADR), labor negotiations, and internal investigations.
Location: Silver Spring, Maryland.

Bar: Must be licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
