Position Overview: This role reports directly to the General Counsel and is responsible for providing leadership and guidance in connection with a wide variety of employment and labor law issues globally.
Compensation: Competitive base, bonus, and equity, commensurate with experience.
Experience: This role requires 15+ years of employment law practice that ideally combines top-tier law firm training with at least 5+ years in-house counsel experience on the full range of international labor and employment matters including advice and counseling on compliance with applicable laws, internal investigations, litigation and dispute resolution.

Bar: Member in good standing of any U.S. state bar with an ability to obtain in-house practice license in Washington State.
