The Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) is the world's largest organization serving the professional and business interests of attorneys who practice in the legal departments of corporations, associations, nonprofits and other private-sector organizations around the globe.
The Corporate Vice President, General Counsel maintains responsibility for serving as the senior legal advisor of the corporation with ultimate functional responsibility for leading the organization’s legal affairs and for setting legal policy. The incumbent maintains responsibility for day-to-day management of the OCA Legal team, including budgeting, forecasting, technology migration, and managing outside counsel both domestically and outside the United States. He/she provides senior management with legal counsel and serves as the Corporate Secretary. The Corporate Vice President, General Counsel liaises with international teams of cross functional stakeholders to provide legal support, manages a team of 12 attorneys, 7 paralegals and 3 administrative staff, and reports to the Global General Counsel. The successful candidate will be expected to work both independently and as part of a team.

A competitive compensation package, consisting of a base salary, bonus and equity, will be offered for this position, consistent with the candidate’s level of experience.
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
Minimum 15 years of practice in a law firm and in-house law department.
Medical device experience required.
Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania or eligible for a Pennsylvania Limited In-house License.
