Major Lindsey & Africa is conducting a search for a Senior Corporate Counsel for AAR Corp., a global aerospace and defense aftermarket solutions company that employs more than 6,000 people in over 20 countries. As the Company’s Senior Corporate Counsel, you will support the Company’s OEM and commercial programs businesses, and will be responsible for negotiating and handling complex and sophisticated commercial matters and transactions related to supplying parts used in airplanes and aerospace. Broader responsibilities also include overseeing related litigation and settlement negotiations. The successful candidate will hold a J.D. from a top-tier law school, be licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois (or eligible for a waiver), have at least seven years of legal experience and subject matter expertise in complex commercial agreements, litigation management, and related laws in the U.S. and abroad.
