Position Overview: The Senior Legal Counsel, RPS Operations provides support of T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc. and its recordkeeping of qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, including day-to-day retirement plan operations such as trading and cash movement, nondiscrimination testing, adjustments, tax withholding and plan reporting.
Experience: 7+ years of experience with an in-depth understanding of employee benefits law, with an emphasis on the Internal Revenue Code and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder (including those applicable to Section 401(a) qualified retirement plans, Section 403(b) plans, Section 457(b) plans, and nonqualified deferred compensation plans under Section 409(A)). Expertise in error remediation and correction, including the use of the IRS Employee Plans Compliance Resolution System.
Compensation: Competitive base salary and bonus; commensurate with experience.

Bar: Must be licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
