New York City Office of premier investment bank looking for Temporary Structured Transactions Attorney to support the business providing liquidity management, payments and receipts, trade and supply chain finance, foreign exchange and commercial card services to small businesses, middle market companies, and to multinational corporations, financial institutions and governments around the world. Looking for this attorney to support payments services and commercial card services.
Must be an attorney with 7-10 years of law firm or internal counsel experience in the financial services/banking/structured products space.
Experience with respect to the particular business being supported and a solid understanding of the banking laws, regulations and rules impacting these areas: cash management products such as virtual payables and mobile wallets, both in the US and globally. Provide thorough, accurate, timely and practical legal advice with an appropriate risk/reward balance on all applicable issues, including with respect to new product development, product support, operational matters, customer complaints, and marketing communications.
