Reporting to the Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary & Chief Compliance Officer, this newly created position will be responsible for providing enterprise thinking, effective legal and compliance guidance, support to the KEI Board, in addition to guiding safety, environmental, and facilities initiatives worldwide.
The successful candidate will have approximately ten to fifteen years of relevant legal experience, including significant public company in-house practice and legal management. Candidates must possess a strong interest in global business, SEC regulation, finance, acquisitions, contracting, labor, compliance, immigration, and intellectual property. A broad curiosity for legal and business topics and exposure to compliance, immigration and intellectual property is helpful. A seasoned governance lawyer is preferred for this role – ideally an Assistant Corporate Secretary at a public company.
