We’re seeking a Development Lawyer to join our Bay Area population.
Specifically, you will:
Work side-by-side with the legal and business teams of our F500 clients to help internal stakeholders meet company goals
Gain exposure to and advise on highly sophisticated legal and business matters
Enjoy a variety of work among a diverse client base
Ability to work onsite in Walnut Creek, California

Ideal candidate & requirements:
10+ years of experience at a top law firm and/or in house environment focusing on construction and development, real estate, energy, and environmental issues
Experience drafting and negotiating a wide variety of project development agreements including but not limited to, letters of intent, EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) agreements, real estate documents, power purchase agreements, equipment procurement agreements, operations, and maintenance agreements and service agreements
Exposure to environmental compliance and regulatory proceedings, permitting applications and other permitting matters and advising commercial teams on matters related to EPC
Working with and advising business clients directly, as well as providing guidance and practical solutions
Maintaining a high level of professionalism and outstanding business judgment
Active membership and good standing in the CA bar
