Overview: This role will be the senior privacy advisor for the Latin American region responsible to ensure compliance with the local data protection legislation in the Latin America region. This position will also play a key role in implementing, maintaining, and monitoring the FMC Global Privacy Program across the FMC affiliates located in the Latin America region.
Compensation: Commensurate with experience.
Experience: Wide and deep experience with data protection laws, especially with respect to patient data. International data privacy experience. Must be fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
