The Senior Legal Counsel will be responsible for reviewing, drafting and negotiating a wide range of biopharma products manufacturing, supply chain and commercial contracts, and providing regulatory advice and legal reviews regarding the development and commercialization of biopharma products. The position will be based in the Company’s New Providence, NJ office and provide support to the Chemicals, Manufacturing and Controls (“CMC”) team located in San Mateo, CA, the Clinical and Commercial teams located in New Providence, NJ and other business teams as needed. The Senior Legal Counsel reports to the Head of Legal, located in Switzerland.

A competitive compensation package will be offered for this position, consistent with the candidate’s level of experience.
Approximately 10 years’ experience with major law firm and/or in-house commercial contracts and pharmaceutical/biological products regulatory experience, with at least 5 years of experience drafting and negotiating biological products manufacturing and supply chain contracts, and providing regulatory advice and reviews regarding the development and commercialization of pharmaceuticals/biological products. Experience in healthcare compliance is also preferred.
Local/regional candidates preferred.
Admitted to practice in and in good standing with the Bar of at least one state and if not admitted in New Jersey, willing/able to obtain a New Jersey in-house limited license.
