Special Counsel is partnering with our client to fill thier Commercial Real Estate Attorney job in San Diego, CA. To qualify, you must possess at least 3 years of relevant in-house or firm experience and California licensure. This is a long-term opportunity with a leading San Diego corporation. Hourly salary is commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities will include:
Reviewing leases, amendments, subleases, commission agreements, broker agreements, non-disclosure, and other real estate transaction-related documents.
Partner with the General Counsel to provide support, guidance and counseling on essential real estate related issues.
Candidates must be licensed to practice in California. At least three years of relevant experience is required.
