Position Overview: The position will provide legal support to a wide variety of clients throughout JHHS on both routine and complex legal matters. Primary responsibilities include drafting and negotiating agreements, particularly in the areas of technology and supply chain. The position will report to the Chief Legal Counsel – Technology and Commercial Transactions and will become a part of a dynamic legal team that works to support a world-class health system and one of Maryland’s largest employers.
Experience: At least four (4) to seven (7) years of experience in drafting and negotiating a variety of agreements--especially in the areas of technology and supply chain—and experience in managing a full contracts life cycle. Background in a health care setting or related industry is preferred, but not required.
Compensation: Competitive base and bonus commensurate with experience.
