Position Overview: The Company seeks an experienced attorney to provide advice and support on a wide range of legal and business matters. The Senior Corporate Counsel will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and providing general corporate and legal analysis. This attorney will report to the AVP, Associate General Counsel and work closely with Senior Leadership on contracts and all other corporate legal matters, as well as act as a resource to others in the Legal & Compliance Department. The Senior Corporate Counsel will have a multi-faceted role spanning support for sales and critical business partnerships.
Experience: 10+ years of successful experience in corporate law with a focus on complex contract drafting and negotiating. The ideal candidate will have experience in a corporate legal department within the healthcare industry. Candidates must be a member in good standing of at least one state bar association.
Compensation: Competitive base and bonus commensurate with experience.
