Position: The Senior Legal Counsel – Regulatory will work closely with, and under the supervision of, the General Counsel to provide legal advice and counsel throughout the organization in support of a variety of areas as assigned, predominantly regarding health law regulatory compliance and healthcare transactional matters.
Experience: The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 - 10 years of substantive experience in providing healthcare regulatory and compliance advice and counsel, and experience with a multitude of healthcare areas of law, including managed care billing, HIPAA, Anti-Kickback, Medicaid, and Medicare. The winning candidate will have experience both in-house and at a reputable law firm.
