Position Overview: Colfax is seeking an accomplished attorney with a distinguished professional record to join its leadership team as the VP, Assistant Corporate Secretary and Chief Counsel. Reporting directly to the General Counsel of Colfax, this role will focus on public company reporting, corporate governance, M&A, and compliance matters.
Experience: The successful candidate will have 10+ years of public company corporate governance and SEC reporting experience.
Compensation: Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience.
