Position: The Senior Corporate Counsel role serves as a business partner for the Company’s business units and supports the Company’s compliance organization. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the successful candidate will possess strong business acumen and a desire to understand and impact business growth through partnership with internal clients. The candidate will support the business groups with commercial contracts, employment, and intellectual property. The Counsel will provide strategic legal advice to the Company groups including commercial agreement structure. The ideal candidate will be a corporate generalist with a wide breadth of legal skills.

Experience: The successful candidate will have 10+ years corporate legal experience including prior in-house corporate legal experience in a multinational organization handling both commercial/legal and regulatory/compliance issues.
