Parker + Lynch’s client, a thriving international technology company headquartered in Washington D.C., is seeking to hire a Head of Contracts who specializes in commercial contracts to fill a key role. This position could sit in the company’s D.C. or New York office. The title is negotiable but could be Senior Director or Director of Contracts. Language skills are a plus – especially in Spanish or Italian. Any experience in Privacy law is also a plus.

A minimum of 10 years of relevant commercial contracts experience, including experience leading a team, post law school at either a law firm or in house is a must. Other qualifications include stellar academic credentials, and an interest in technology.
