Bliss Lawyers is seeking a labor/employee relations attorney to work in the New York City office of a performing arts organization. Qualified candidates will have at least seven years of experience with professional human resources management and labor relations, including at least five years negotiating and administering collective bargaining agreements. In addition, the ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise with union/management collaboration, grievance processing and dispute resolution. Candidates with compliance and investigations experience are preferred. Admission to the New York Bar is required. This is a full-time (about 40 hours per week) role that can be temp-perm or direct hire. Interviews will begin as soon as qualified candidates are identified.
