Bliss Lawyers is seeking to hire a real estate attorney for a unique part-time opportunity involving the creation of legal educational content. The selected attorney will draft, review and edit scripts and related materials for short online courses on the key components of a wide array of real estate transactions. Qualified candidates will have at least seven years of experience working in an AmLaw 100 firm on sophisticated dispositions and acquisitions. Training and experience at a large law firm is required, although some experience working subsequently in an in-house legal department would be sufficient. This is a part-time/episodic (some weeks may average about 25 hours of work per week, while some may be five hours or fewer), temporary engagement that will last for about one year and start in January 2020. While the work will be episodic, a quick turnaround time of 48 hours will be necessary at times. Admission to a state bar is required. Interviews will begin as soon as appropriate candidates are identified.
Telecommuting is allowed.
